An additional charge of 55 Euros per week is charged for cleaning and Laundry Details in the terms and conditions

A Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on reservation and FULL payment is required a minimum of Six weeks prior to the stay.

A refundable security deposit of £50.00 GBP per booking (not per person like most renters) is also required
Special rates are available for stays of longer than one week

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions as detailed on the booking form

Notes:

(*) The week runs from Saturday to Saturday, however these may be open to negotiation. Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 11am (Unless prior agreement made)

(**) Over the Christmas and new year period prices are 350 GBP per week
